Return Policy

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order from Fashville Designs, you have the option to return it for a full refund. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. Make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tag and packaging intact. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized item and items on sale.To insure a safe delivery, please make sure all packages have a tracking number. Yes, every item purchased on fashvilledesigns.com is sent with a jewelry box that is perfect for gift giving.

All Fashville Designs jewelry is handcrafted in Franklin, TN.

Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

All our pieces are handmade to order. All orders will be produced and shipped within 5-7 business days.  

What is the shipping cost?

FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping will be calculated based on your location upon checkout.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.

Jewelry Care

Plated metal will tarnish or darken over time with normal wear. It is best to keep your jewelry in a dry place and remove them before bathing or showering. Keep your jewelry from perspiration and perfumes. After wearing, gently wipe each piece clean of make-up and skin oils. Store jewelry separately so it doesn’t tangle with or scratch other jewelry. A simple white vinegar and baking soda paste can be used to clean brass items. If treated with care, your jewelry will last for years to come.

Jewelry Repair

Purchases made within one year from fashvilledesigns.com will be repaired free of charge. For transactions exceeding the one year window, shipping and repair fees may apply. We do not refund any return shipping.
